The attribution of religious dissidents to infidelity or Islam and the nature of faith and infidelity has been among the most important issues that have always preoccupied Muslim thinkers, especially theologians and jurists. Meanwhile, some have claimed that the theory of the Republic of Imami jurists in this regard is the absolute infidelity of non-Shiites. Since the present article has not found such a view unquestionable, considering the importance of the subject in strengthening the discourse of approximation, in a problem-oriented research, it has conducted a comprehensive investigation into Imami jurisprudential texts and has extracted at least three views in this regard. The results of the research indicate that although the theory of absolute infidelity of religious opponents is observed in the opinions of some news imams of the Imami sect; However, this view does not have strong support and a significant number of jurists in this regard have distinguished between the weak and the guilty opposition and the attribution of religious opponents to infidelity, assuming their innocence and stubbornness, has no justification and can be questioned. The present study, by adopting a descriptive-analytical method, after has finally found the recent view in accordance with the criteria of justice (Imamiyya).
