The mission of jurisprudence is to express the needs and needs of individual and social life. One of the most influential issues in Islamic society is how to deal with the followers of religions. How is jurisprudence approaching this part of life? Is jurisprudence silent or does it work; can jurisprudence be deduced from a theory? Some identify the sources of the interaction of violence with jurisprudence and regard the intellectual foundations of extremist groups in traditional religious jurisprudence. Using descriptive-analytical method and using the jurisprudential texts of Islamic religions, this research seeks to prove the theory that the set of social jurisprudence in the field of interaction with religions pursues a single purpose in the context of society;
Positive and sympathetic interaction with the followers of religions, introducing the jurisprudence of religions as the basis of the Takfiri group theory, is a mistake resulting from a lack of in-depth view of jurisprudence, which is inconsistent with the views of the mujtahids of the religions.
The Islamic community's approach to the jurisprudence of Islamic jurisprudence leads to cooperation - empathy and a united ummah. Evidence has been cited in this regard and questions surrounding it have been answered.
