Hajj is the most important part of religion after prayer, which the Holy Sharia pays great attention to, and this attention requires accuracy in the observance and correctness of its actions and pillars. One of the most important pillars of Hajj is circumambulation, the correctness of which depends on its correct performance in addition to the general and special conditions of worship. Considering that due to crowding, especially during the Hajj season, four floors have been built around the Kaaba so that Muslims can perform Tawaf on those floors as well, Islamic jurists have examined Tawaf on the floors. Some jurists have considered it permissible and some have considered it conditional. This article examines this important issue by examining the evidences of verses and narrations and jurisprudential evidences based on the required principles and also using the opinions of jurists in the way of analyzing library documents. The findings of this research indicate that the appearance of circumambulation around the house, both in the Holy Quran and in the narrations, is not limited to a certain distance from the house or a certain class, and the customary truth of circumambulation is sufficient wherever and in any class
