The Article considers the correction of contracts by the abandon of void Clauses. Traditionally, the clauses, which vitiate the contract, could not be relinquished because there is no legal action to be the subject to correction. In this article, after introducing the characteristics of relinquishing and examining critical analysis in Islamic law, it is attempting to defend the legitimacy of Relinquish to protect contract from corruption in a convincing manner. It is based on the relation between contract and clauses. The article argues legal actions have special rules that certify the existence of a contract even if it is void because of invalid clauses.
