Education is inherently a value-based matter, and its degree of importance is different in political and social schools. There are discussions about the "institutional state of education". The present article tries to search for the place of education in the system of Islamic Shari'a rulings from a very large and superior point of view, and examines the claim that "education is an important matter that the Shari'ah is not satisfied with leaving it"? Therefore, the problem of the present article is the genealogy, conceptualization and reasoning of this claim. The research method is descriptive, analytical and inferential respectively. According to the research, the following results were obtained: the term "leave the street dissatisfaction" and "important matters" refer to the same meaning, and their examples are not limited to fever and symptoms. Based on the evidence presented, the following conclusions were reached: compulsory education, in all fields and at all ages, is one of the important things that the Shariah is not satisfied with leaving; Also, "obligatory education for the unsupervised and ill-supervised minors", "education in the sphere of society and at the same time in an obligatory and disciplinary manner for the family, the government, scholars and the people"
