In the sacred law of Islam, killing a Muslim is considered one of the greatest sins of the grave, and numerous verses and narrations have spoken of its rape and the severe punishment of a murderer in the world and in the hereafter, some of the arguments appear to indicate that all the sins of the victim are settled by the killer for the purpose of premeditated murder, and that the victim escapes all of them. The authors of the present study have investigated the issue of "transferring all the sins of the murderer to the killer". And after searching the religious texts, analyzing the views of the jurists and commentators and analyzing the arguments cited in a descriptive-analytical way, they are convinced that with regard to divine rights, the reasons for the transfer of the slain to the killer as a result of the premeditated murder make the Wezr rule publicly available, But in relation to the annulment rights, both financial and non-financial, given the particular reason for the absolute necessity of paying the debt and the non-financial rights of others, such a zeal is exclusively excluded from the argument of the transferred zeal of the victim.
