This research has been developed using a descriptive-analytical method and also by utilizing jurisprudential data related to the subject in order to examine the diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran (in general) and its cultural diplomacy (in particular). By evaluating the jurisprudential rule of repelling harm, the effectiveness and manner of this cultural diplomacy will be measured and a way will be paved towards improving the foundations of this type of diplomacy, taking into account the broad cultural and civilizational.The main goal of drafting this article is to achieve proper solutions and methods for international interactions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the global political scene under the circumstances where pragmatism dominates these methods and steps are taken to repel the international system's corruptors. In fact, this research aims to prove the hypothesis that the Islamic Republic of Iran's utilization of cultural diplomacy and efforts to build international trust through cultural, linguistic, and indigenous foundations, as well as understanding and analyzing the culture of other countries.
