This article aims to examine the approaches of modern jurisprudence in the face of cognitive warfare. The findings of this research, which was conducted based on the descriptive-analytical method, show that in the Dar al-Dawa approach based on the Qaradawi perspective, Islam needs reason and proof before it needs jurisprudential interpretation and discovery of its laws, and the success of Islam in the field of cognitive warfare requires flexibility, overcoming jurisprudential strictness, and focusing on reality instead of truth. In the Dar al-Tabligh approach belonging to Tariq Ramadan, the stance towards jurisprudence has become more severe, and jurisprudence itself is the main obstacle to the spread of Islam. In this approach, Islam needs Sharia minus jurisprudence in order to succeed against Western civilization. However, in the Dar al-Fitrah approach, which, according to this article, is Ayatollah Misbah Yazdi's approach to cognitive warfare, jurisprudence and jurisprudential arguments are an important bulwark against Western civilization. As shown by the use of jurisprudential arguments, the basic flaws of the two aforementioned approaches are hypocrisy, and for this reason, instead of using the principle of sincerity in propaganda, they generally pay attention to the dictates of the Western Front.
