Inquiring the basics of blowing the soul from Sheikh Mofid's point of view

Abstract

The age and spirit of the soul is one of the topics that has been the subject of fetal blood prices.
The famous Imamiyya has considered four months to be the age and spirit of the soul, and some have chosen five months. While Sheikh Mofid, referring to the word "then" in verse 14 of Surah Momenoun, which is used to express the last stage of creation, namely the blowing of the soul, emphasizes the time interval of blowing the soul from other stages of creation and the age of blowing the soul is six months. Ibn Baraj and Ayatollah Khoei have also chosen the same theory.
In this article, using the descriptive-analytical method and the use of jurisprudential sources and while referring to various opinions in this field, the Quranic and hadithic principles of Sheikh Mofid's theory will be presented and analyzed.
