In order for the Islamic experts and authorities to engage in specialized and scrutinized studies on Islamic sciences, and consequently to understand, perceive and analyze issues properly, an efficient research system is needed; just as Islamic teachings ask for scrutinizing in different issues so as to distinguish between the false and the true, and to answer current demands of the society.
