The present article intends to consider the regulation of indigence as one of the important public warranted ones by Islam and the Islamic
public legislator in a manner briefly and logically.
The applied method of research is acceptable for the both traditional
and developing jurisprudence. Some other issues such as reasons of its validity, its priority to other regulations in the relevant realm, to compare it
with the regulation of "La Zerar" (= no malicious), its examples, its laws in a manner indicative and comparative with other systems of law have been
under discussion too. and finally all the offered demonstrations are assumed to be a good back up for the amendment and perfection of
financial convictions approved in 1377. It is hoped that it would be useful.
