Abstract

Nowadays, one problem in almost every age - especially in youth - is stress and depression. Many people, because of social, economic and
cultural reasons are affected by them. Many of the suffering people seek cure by consulting doctors and experts so that can overcome them to
some extent. Whereas, sometimes, chemical drugs cannot be a good help and even by the advice of the psychologist it's better to turn to therapy
without drugs.
The present article, after indicating the relaxation and calmness as a
vital necessity for human beings, intruduces and advices some therapies
besides chemical ones. Moreover, it has taken suffering people into consideration advising them to apply the introduced ways.
