Abstract

One of the legitimacies given to obedience in the religious and political domain is the indication of he 56t1 verse of “Nesa” sura of Qoran.
The two main denominations (Shiate and Suni) doesn’t have indentical opinions on this issue. Shite scholars, by virtue of the above mentioned vers’s absoluteness and some testimonies from other verses as well as other widely transmitted narrations, unanimously adopted infaliables as th only refree of the verse.
Some other Suni Quran commentators have gotten the vers’s indication the same as infablity of “Those in authority”, Making a correspondance between them and the guild of “agreement and dissolution”. Suni commentators emphasized the legitimacy of their absolute obedience. Most of Sunis have considered the expresstion the same as governers and learneds in the Muslim’s community, regarding their obedience necessary, provided that their commends accord to those of God’s.
Their reasoning in both respects have some serious imperfections
