The knowledge of jurisprudence is the science of Shariah rulings, which is a subsidiary of detailed proofs, and like any other science, knowing the subjects and the scope of entering them is one of the basic issues of this knowledge. Islamic civilization can be analyzed in the same way. However, based on the three principles of civilized life; Its corollary, with the legal framework in social life and the place of culture as a fundamental variable in this field, the discussion of the relationship between the jurisprudence of culture and Islamic civilization becomes particularly important.Considering the difference in the concept of culture among thinkers on the one hand and the breadth of the field of culture on the other hand, the present research has emerged as an answer to how to distinguish cultural jurisprudence from other types of jurisprudence. Therefore, by using the descriptive-analytical method of documents, after explaining the concept Jurisprudence and cultural jurisprudence have examined the combination of law and jurisprudence as two practical and close to each other knowledge, then by explaining how cultural jurisprudence is necessary for Islamic civilization, he has considered the cultural identity of culture as a distinguishing feature of cultural jurisprudence.
