Necessity of observation Human Dignity on Crime Prevention Strategy Required of non Strict Individuals Liberties by Crime Prevention and Extend of Free Space and Reduction of Control Space, So that Social Actions by Human Dignity Crystallized. Crime Prevention Law, the Purpose of which is to respect individual rights and freedoms and to determine the scope of entry into the privacy of persons. Although, it has been advocated under the pretext of Islamic Criminal Policy for protecting the privacy dignity and freedom of human rights. However, Islamic teachings are full of teachings the emphasize respect for the dignity and privacy of individuals in the field of protective prevention measures. But in Western Countries practice, especially in recent years, it has diminished with the expansion of the security community and the adaption of progressive strategies for the rights and freedom of individuals this article has attempted to explain the extent to which Dignity Oriented crime prevention are adhered to in preventive action strategies by a Crime Prevention Law in Light of Islamic Jurisprudence Teachings.
