Abstract
The adhesion terms are relatively new legal institution that have a special place in today's complex transactions and are based on the principle of freedom of contract used by individuals in contracts. Islamic jurisprudents and legal scholars have different ideas on the nature, validity , nullity and effects of these terms that use in contracts and while some regard it as null and void or unenforceable, another group treats binding terms like the terms which included in contract . This article discusses the nature, effects and the foundations of these types of terms that used by individuals in contracts.
