There is an important Discussion among jurists on how to order about debtor postpone that It requires a careful look at the Prorogation, an examination of the correct meaning, and an explanation of its judgments and effects. The present article seeks to this necessity As it attempts with a rational definition Approach this view that debtor postpone who is suspended over his secret property and presented to a judge for the sale and payment of his debt Not that this definition applies to the debtor with an overt property And only refuse to pay, to be called postpone , and be sentenced to imprisonment. In this study, After expressing the exact meaning of postpone, Prorogation is divided into three types of Prorogation in natures, Property and Rights But the word of jurists in the case of Prorogation is considered to be one in finance debt. So in the direction Punishment about debtor postpone The ruler must first blame him in language And in the next step beating him up with beatings And then if he continues to insist on Prorogation , he should be imprisoned as far as punishing him and paying his debt.
