Although this matter has been the concern of the jurists and has been studied somehow in the past, the scientific mobility of jurisprudence is dependent on the thematic study based on a systematic structure in order to have a good control of the wide range of this knowledge. It also needs reconstruction in order to accept the previous jurisprudential statements and the recent jurisprudential needs and to direct the research and teaching through changing new devices. The main question is what is the solution for thematic study of jurisprudence with regard to the predicted expectations? This study, using a descriptive-analytical method, proposes a strategy for thematic structural study of jurisprudence based on the identification of the system of terminology in order to answer the same question. دانش فقه برای کارایی و اثربخشی بیشتر، به عواملی همچون موضوع‌شناسی نیاز دارد. هرچند این امر از گذشته دغدغۀ فقیهان بوده و به گونه‌هایی انجام گرفته است، ولی تحرک علمی فقه، به موضوع‌شناسی مبتنی بر ساختاری نظام‌یافته وابسته است که بتواند دانشی با این پهنۀ وسیع را به‌درستی مدیریت کند و با تجدید بنا گزاره‌های پیشین و نیازهای پسین فقهی را پذیرا باشد و با تحولات ابزارهای نوین به پژوهش و آموزش جهت دهد. پرسش اصلی آن است که برای موضوع‌شناسیِ فقه، با انتظارات پیش‌گفته، چه راهکاری وجود دارد؟ این مقاله، با شیوۀ توصیفی- تحلیلی و شبه‌تجربی برای پاسخ به همین پرسش، رهیافتی در موضوع‌شناسی ساختاری فقه بر پایۀ شناسایی نظام اصطلاحات ارائه می‌کند. https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_90353_04c44beee604cd22fcce0dab536ffb9f.pdf
