According to this theory “doing a work” is the source of earning a legal and legitimate income. Reviewing his views specifically in his book “<em>Al-Bank Al-la Rabawi</em>” shows that he has analyzed the issues related to the bank usury based on this theory. This article using a descriptive-analytical method shows that the model of banking without usury has been proposed by Shahid Sadr based on this theory. According to this theory every income earned through the bank must be in exchange for performing an act and superficial changes of the bank contracts and transactions, although they may make an income without usury and illegal profits, since it is not based on doing a work, is illegal and illegitimate. As a result, substituting a loan contract with a contract of sale, <em>muz</em><em>ā</em><em>riba</em>, <em>juʻ</em><em>ālah</em>, and things like this, as long as it does not end to a valuable economic act, will not be the license for making income, and taking or paying the profit and the income and the profit from that will be illegal and illegitimate since it is not based on performing an act. نظریۀ‌ "درآمد قانونی" توسط شهید صدر در کتاب "اقتصادنا" ارائه شده است. مطابق این نظریه منشاء حصول درآمد قانونی و شرعی ، "کار" است، باز خوانی نظرات ایشان به ویژه در کتاب "البنک اللاربوی" نشان می‌دهد که وی بر اساس این نظریه به تحلیل مسائل ربای بانکی پرداخته است . این مقاله با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی نشان می­دهد ایشان مبتنی بر این نظریه ، به ارائه الگوی بانک بدون ربا، اقدام ورزیده است. مطابق این نظریه هر درآمد حاصل در بانک باید در قبال انجام کاری باشد و تغییرات صوری در عقود و معاملات بانکی، هر چند ممکن است درآمد حاصله را از ربوی بودن خارج کند ولی چون مستند به کار نیست، غیر قانونی و غیر شرعی است و در نتیجه جانشین کردن عقد قرض در بانک  با بیع ، مضاربه، جعاله و امثال آن، مادامی که به انجام دادن کار ارزشمند اقتصادی نیانجامد مجوز ایجاد درآمد و دریافت یا پرداخت سود نخواهد شد و درآمد و سود حاصل به عنوان درآمد غیر مستند به کار، غیر قانونی و غیر شرعی خواهد بود. https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_73848_8edf8ed2e78ffcd4ed28b967695d50a1.pdf
