Lack of broad and integrated research on this issue led to the ambiguity in the extent of meaning and means of reconciling among the traditions (Hadith). Therefore, the question of the role of Ibrahim's Station in the boundary of Tawaf is the problem that needs more exploring to the phase of appropriate response. The report of Halabi from Ja'far bin Muhammad (a), with strong implications and authentic document, legitimates the Tawaf of the respected Kaaba out of Ibrahim' boundary. This study aimed to discover the limits and borders of the traditional and jurisprudential elaboration of Tawaf boundary in Hajj and 'Umrah. Achieving this target is probable in light of the description and analysis of the judiciary propositions with collecting library data which may result in a judicial clarification of Tawaf limit in Masjid al-Haram (the Sacred Mosque) due to perform worshiping ritual of Hajj and 'Umrah. نقش مقام ابراهیم در طوافِ کعبۀ معظمه در گزاره‌های به ظاهر متعارض از حضرات معصومین (ع) نقل شده است؛ منتها گسترۀ مدلول و وجه جمع بین آنها، چندان هویدا نیست؛ زیرا تحقیق موسع و یکپارچه‌ای در این‌ زمینه صورت نگرفته است! از این‌رو پرسش از نقش مقام ابراهیم در محدودۀ طواف، مسئله‌ای است که نیازمند کاویدن تا مرحلۀ پاسخی درخور است. گزارش حلبی از جعفربن محمد با سند معتبر و دلالت مُحکمی، به طوافِ خارج از محدودۀ مقام ابراهیم و کعبۀ معظمه مشروعیت می‌بخشد. این تحقیق با هدف شناخت حدود و ثُغور احادیث و تبیین فقهی محدودۀ طواف در حج و عمره انجام گرفته و نیل به این مَقصد در سایۀ توصیف و تحلیل گزاره‌های فقهی با گردآوری داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای میسر است که نتیجۀ آن، تبیین فقهی گسترۀ طواف در مسجدالحرام برای عمل عبادی حج و عمره خواهد بود. https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_67650_c5695dea14a4d55a627aa4d03bc081c9.pdf
