Adhering to and using them in the light of primary prevention model can play an important role in crime prevention. The primary prevention model (in contrast to the secondary and ternary prevention models which have encountered some problems and crises) no crisis has been created yet. Therefore, the goals of this model focus on the prevention of damaging circumstances. By looking at the Holy Quran, it is made clear that the Quran doctrines reveal two individual-centered and social-centered approaches for the prevention of environmental crimes. The individual-centered approach includes a number of doctrines like preventive beliefs (faith to God, the belief that environmental creatures are signs of God and the belief that the nature has some benefits for human kind) and ethical doctrines (internal control for respecting the environment). While, in the light of social-centered approach, one can refer to role of economical doctrines (prevention of dissipation and lavish on the earth and recommendation for its improvement and flourishing) and social doctrines (environmental justice and prohibition of environmental discrimination). قرآن کریم برای پیشگیری از جرایم زیست‌محیطی آموزه‌های ارزشمندی دارد که توسل و به‌کارگیری آنها در پرتو مدل پیشگیری اولیه می‌تواند نقشی ارزنده را در پیشگیری از این جرایم ایفا کند. در مدل پیشگیری اولیه (برخلاف پیشگیری ثانویه و ثالثیه که در آن مشکل و بحران پدیدار شده است) هنوز بحرانی به‌وجود نیامده، از این‌رو اهداف این پیشگیری بر جلوگیری از پدیدار شدن موقعیت‌های آسیب‌زا تمرکز دارند. با نگاهی به قرآن کریم نمایان می‌شود که آموزه‌های قرآنی برای پیشگیری از جرایم زیست‌محیطی در قالب دو رویکرد فردمحور و جامعه‌محور متجلی می‌شوند. در رویکرد فردمحور آموزه‌هایی چون اعتقادات پیشگیرانه (اعتقاد به خداوند و آیه بودن مخلوقات زیست‌محیطی و اعتقاد به فواید طبیعت برای انسان) و آموزه‌های اخلاقی(کنترل درونی احترام به محیط زیست) وجود دارند، حال آنکه در پرتو رویکرد جامعه‌محور می‌توان به نقش آموزه‌های اقتصادی(منع اسراف در زمین و تکلیف به آبادانی آن) و آموزه‌های اجتماعی(عدالت زیست‌محیطی و منع تبعیض در آن) اشاره کرد. https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_66667_7b796d07f1c6b4586e3f1b3b4c435515.pdf
