What puts the validity of this view as disputed, is lack of accuracy on (contract of) buy-sell with the goods and consideration thereof to be exchanged at a future date for general contracts and also occurrence of fraud in specific contracts. But the study of views of different jurists shows that; contract of the goods and consideration thereof to be exchanged at a future date is not override, and such contract has a special definition and a narrow interpretation, that does not enter prejudice to the validity of such sale. At the same ledger for future sale to the credit of the acquisition and credit of its subject, and also give the possibility customary and detailed descriptions of sales which satisfies its ignorance, rejects the possible fraud, because if in primitive societies, there is a possibility for that now that give a more accurate description of the object of sale become possible, similarly the wise knows the trading on the assumption by making other general conditions as a sale What is known as future sale of goods in western law and specially in english law reffers to an agreement to make a sale of goods and in fact is not a sale of future goods because the transfer of possession in future goods is not acceptable in present <br /><strong> </strong> <br />  <br />  <br />  بیع مال آینده را می‌توان فروش هر نوع مالی (به‌صورت عین کلی یا عین معین) دانست که در آینده تهیه، تولید یا ساخته و تحویل می‌شود. آنچه درستی این دیدگاه را مورد مناقشه قرار می‌دهد،عدم صحت معاملۀ کالی به کالی و دین به دین در مورد عین کلی و نیز حدوث غرر در معاملۀ عین معین است. اما بررسی نظر فقهای مختلف نشان می‌دهد که بیع کالی به کالی باطل نیست و بیع دین به دین نیز تعریف خاص و تفسیر مضیقی دارد که خللی به صحت این نوع بیع وارد نمی‌کند. در بیع عین معین آینده، اعتباری بودن ملکیت و امکان اعتبار موضوع آن و نیز امکان عرفی تسلیم و توصیف دقیق مبیع که رافع جهالت آن باشد، نافی غرر محتمل است، چرا که اگر در جوامع ابتدایی، این امکان وجود داشته، در حال حاضر که تسلیم عرفی و توصیف دقیق‌تر مبیع ممکن شده به طریق اولی عرف عقلا، معامله در فروض مذکور با حصول سایر شرایط عمومی را بیع می‌داند.آنچه در حقوق غرب و به‌طورمشخص انگلیس، با عنوان بیع مال آینده آمده، به‌دلیل عدم پذیرش انتقال مالکیت کالای آینده در زمان حال، توافق به بیع است و در واقع بیع مال آینده نیست.<br />   https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_61113_9a703bb29f20c0d8275967495a0f1728.pdf
