Secondary outcomes of this study are also to investigate Types of Specific Jurisprudential insanity and Authorities determine Madness. از آنجا که علیت، استمرار و انقضای هر حکمی منوط به موضوع است و موضوع‌شناسی مقوم استنباط قلمداد می‌شود، تعریف و تعیین گسترۀ جنون (یعنی یکی از مهم‌ترین مباحث موضوع‌شناسی در فقه و حقوق) هدف این نوشتار خواهد بود. <br />این تحقیق علاوه بر نگاه به تعاریف شرح‌اللفظی و تعاریف به مثال و مصداق مستنبط از روایات که به ضمیمۀ نگاه عرفی، مبنای بیشتر تعریف‌ها قرارگرفته، روش دیگری را بر مبنای تمایز و تقسیم عارضه‌های عقلی و روانی و شناخت سایر عارضه‌های عقلی قسیم جنون خاص در فقه، پیشنهاد کرده است. <br />ثمرۀ این تحقیق دست یافتن به تعریف مشخصی در زمینۀ مطلق جنون و جنون خاص در قالب رسم تام بود که ناگزیر اقسام جنون خاص و مرجع تعیین و تشخیص نیز به‌عنوان اهداف تبعی مطرح شده‌اند.    <br />  https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_53582_018782d0cf273b6683ea37327b5c66a2.pdf
