It negates any form of non-Muslim authority or superiority over Muslims, whether at the individual, communal, or institutional levels. Accordingly, it prohibits dependence on non-Muslims in positions that might result in their dominance over Muslims. his study critically revisits the final clause of verse 141 of <em>Sūrat al-Nisāʾ</em>—the principal textual basis for this rule—through both classical and contemporary lenses. By reassessing exegetical interpretations and juristic opinions alongside modern empirical contexts, the research identifies interpretive shifts and reconstructs the doctrinal boundaries of the principle. The analysis leads to a renewed hermeneutic understanding, proposing that an Islamic government, operating within its legitimate jurisdiction and in harmony with Sharīʿah objectives, may benefit from the expertise of non-Muslims in addressing national needs and advancing collective welfare. Such cooperation, particularly in scientific and technological domains that reinforce the strength and dignity of Islam and the Muslim community, does not contravene the essence of <em>Nafy al-Sabīl</em> but rather aligns with its higher objectives of preserving independence, empowerment, and communal honor. قاعدۀ نفی ‌سبیل در شرع اسلام و نظام حقوقی جمهوری اسلامی از مهم‌ترین قواعد کاربردی به ‌شمار می‌آید. در این قاعده، مطلقِ تسلط کفار بر مسلمین، در عموم عرصه‌های فردی و اجتماعی، نفی شده است که نتیجۀ اولیۀ این امر مستلزم عدم بهره‌گیری از عده و صنوف آنان در مناسباتی است که موجب چیرگی بر مسلمانان می‌شود. در این تحقیق، مفهوم فرازِ آخرینِ آیۀ 141 نساء، که دلیل اصلی این قاعده برشمرده شده، تدقیق و بررسیده می‌شود و به دنبال آن، با توجه به بازخوانی ادله و نیز تطبیق دانش تجربی و فهم این‌ها با مقتضیات حاکم بر جهان، آرای مفسرین و فقها نقد و تفسیر تازه‌ای از متن شریعت ارائه می‌شود. ازاین‌رو، در سایۀ ارائۀ این رویکرد نو، حکومت اسلامی می‌تواند بدون هیچ منع شرعی و در چارچوب‌های حکمرانی خود از ظرفیت‌های غیر مسلمانان در حل چالش‌ها و همچنین جهت افزایش توان و قدرت مملکت در عرصه‌های مختلف علمی و فناوری که تأثیر مستقیمی بر اقتدار اسلام و مسلمین دارد بهره‌برداری کند. https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_103915_cdfa7ab5f90a7f9a8c34bc17ac717466.pdf
