Nowadays, this practice has become a debatable issueamongIslamic denominations, especially the Wahhabi sect and other Muslims.Throughout the history, Muslim scholars have issued fatwa on the recommendatory and just sanctity of thepilgrimage of the shrines of Islam owlia. IbnTaymiyyahissued the fatwa on the pilgrimage of owlia’s shrines, and then Hijaz scholars highlighted the significance of this issue based on Taymiyyah’s teachings, and they prohibited any pilgrimage. They presented some doubts such as Prophet’s (PBUH) cursing to visiting women, prohibition of travel for pilgrimage, and heretic innovation and uselessness of the holy shrines. Using the research conducted, it was determined that there is no narration quoted by the Prophet (PBUH) on the prohibition of pilgrimage of the holy shrines in general and the denunciation of the attendance of women in such places in particular.On the contrary, there are some reliable narratives regarding the recommendation to this valuable task (in case of not performing anyunlawful or corrupt affair), and based onthe definitiveness in the narratives or the absolute validity of the narratives on the issue of pilgrimage, there is no difference between men and women in this regard.      }, keywords = {Shrines’ Pilgrimage,Wahhabi,Islamic Denominations}, title_fa = {بررسی حرمت زیارت قبور توسط زنان از منظر فقهای مذاهب اسلامی}, abstract_fa = {علمای اسلام زیارت را برای همۀ مسلمانان موجب ثواب و برکت دنیا و آخرت شمرده‌اند. در حال حاضر این عمل، به محل اختلاف میان مذاهب اسلامی، به‌ویژه فرقۀ وهابیت و سایر مسلمانان تبدیل شده است. فقهای مسلمان در طول تاریخ بر جواز و استحباب زیارت قبور اولیای دین فتوا داده‌اند. ابن‌تیمیه برای اولین بار فتوای حرمت زیارت را صادر کرد و بعدها علمای حجاز بر اساس تعالیم وی، این موضوع را به‌طورجدی مد نظر قرار دادند و از هر گونه زیارت ممانعت کردند. آنان شبهاتی مانند لعن پیامبر (ص) به زنان زیارت‌کننده، حرام بودن سفر برای زیارت و بدعت و بی‌ثمر بودن زیارت قبور را مطرح می‌کردند. با بررسی‌های انجام‌گرفته، مشخص شد که هیچ روایتی از حضرت رسول (ص) مبنی بر حرمت زیارت اهل قبور به‌طور عام و حضور زنان در قبرستان و زیارت قبور به‌طور خاص وجود ندارد، بلکه بر عکس، روایات معتبری در زمینۀ استحباب این عمل (به‌شرط عدم اشتمال بر حرام یا مفسده) وجود دارد و با توجه به صراحت در روایت یا مطلق بودن روایات در زیارت کردن نیز تفاوتی میان زن و مرد نیست.      }, keywords_fa = {زنان,زیارت قبور,مذاهب اسلامی,وهابیت}, url = {https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_57742.html}, eprint = {https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_57742_7af43b66e51bdeb5c374862f1168d40c.pdf} }
