But about the exact number of these verses, there is a long dispute among Islamic scholars which their viewpoints are categorized into five main theories. Most Shia and Sunni scholars consider the number of these verses as five hundred, whereas some have announced them fewer and some have recognized more than this number, and also a group of Islamic scholars have considered the number of these verses changeable according to the changing tastes and talents of individuals, and some believe that all of the Quran verses are the Ayat al-Ahkam. But none of these theories appear to be based on careful research and investigation and the correct theory is a different one. In this article, these five views and their criticisms in addition to the correct view beside the reasons to justify it are presented.}, keywords = {Holy Qur'an,interpretation.,Islamic commandments,jurisprudence,the Ayat al-Ahkam}, title_fa = {بررسی و نقد «پنج دیدگاه مطرح درباره تعداد آیات الاحکام قرآن کریم»}, abstract_fa = {بخش عمده‌ای از آیات قرآن کریم به احکام و قوانین شرعی مورد نیاز بشر در موضوعات مختلف، اعم از موضوعات عبادی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، قضایی و کیفری اختصاص دارد که در اصطلاح مفسران و فقیهان اسلامی به «آیات الاحکام» شهرت یافته است. اما در این که این آیات چه تعداد است از دیر باز در میان عالمان اسلامی اختلاف است و هر یک آرای متفاوتی را دراین‌باره ارایه داده‌اند که مجموع این دیدگاه‌ها به پنج نظریه عمده باز می‌گردد. مشهور عالمان شیعه و اهل سنت شمار این آیات را 500 دانسته و برخی تعداد این آیات را کم‌تر و عده‌ای بیش‌تر از این تعداد عنوان کرده‌اند. برخی تعداد آیات فقهی قرآن را با توجه به ذوق و قریحه افراد متغیر دانسته و عده‌ای نیز برآنند که همه آیات قرآن کریم جزء آیات الاحکام است. به نظر می‌رسد هیچ یک از این نظریات پنج گانه بر اساس تحقیق دقیق و تفحص کامل آیات قرآن ارایه نگردیده و نظریه صحیح در این‌باره، دیدگاهی به جز دیدگاه‌های پنج گانه مذکور است. در این تحقیق، ضمن اشاره به دیدگاه‌های متعدد مطرح در این باره و نقد آن‌ها، دیدگاه صحیح همراه با دلایل اثبات آن ارایه گردیده است.}, keywords_fa = {آیات الاحکام,احکام,تفسیر.,فقه,قرآن کریم}, url = {https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_24359.html}, eprint = {https://jorr.ut.ac.ir/article_24359_5a24fc36d61c15b3bf64bb71cdf560e4.pdf} }
